Closed-Loop Economy GOZ

Project information.

Information about the project

Optima Recycling P.S.A. is implementing a project co-financed by the European Union entitled: “Implementation of closed-loop economy solutions at the facility of OPTIMA RECYKLING P.S.A, in accordance with the recommendations of the closed-loop-transformation model.”

The project aims to carry out a comprehensive transformation of the company towards a closed-loop economy. Thanks to the investment, the company will streamline production processes, increase the efficiency of raw material use, and reduce the environmental impact of its operations.

As part of the project, a modern technological line for RDF production is planned, equipped with a preliminary shredder and a secondary raw material recovery system. This will allow for more efficient waste management and the closure of material loops. Additionally, the company will reduce primary energy consumption by installing modern synchronous motors on the production line.

An important element of the project is also enhancing employees’ closed-loop economy skills. Training will enable smoother implementation of new procedures and increase the ecological awareness of the team.

The effects of the project will be felt by both the company’s clients and business partners, as well as by local communities, which will benefit from improved environmental quality and regional development. Employees of the company will also use the modern technological infrastructure, which will improve comfort and workplace safety.

The project will contribute not only to increasing process efficiency but also to environmental protection by reducing waste, limiting CO₂ emissions, and promoting raw material recycling.
